Action in the district court for Faribault county to recover for personal injuries and property damage sustained by plaintiff in a collision between his car and a truck owned by the defendant Hockenhull and driven by the defendant Herman Johnson, wherein defendants counterclaimed for the same relief. The case was tried before Julius E. Haycraft, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $8,500 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendants appealed.
